JOB OVERVIEW

BVL MARKETING is hiring Credit Repair Specialists to join our sales team! The successful candidates will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people on a daily basis to discuss improving their credit score and being put back on the path of financial freedom. We are looking for upbeat, motivated professionals who gets inspired by the idea of commission checks. We are seeking individuals who have telemarketing and sales experience. Inside sales experience will be considered as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 

· Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory

· Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program

· Answer potential clients' questions about their credit repair goals

· Close between 15 -25 sales per day

· Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment

· Train other telemarketers when required

· Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff

· Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control

· Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS 

· High school diploma/GED required

· Minimum 2+ years’ experience in sales (lead generation preferred)

· 2+ years' experience telemarketing a plus

· Excellent phone mannerisms and articulation

· Ability to type minimum 40 WPM (words per minute)

· Results-driven and willing to work on commission basis

· Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis

· Customer service and people skills

· Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills

· Ability to meet deadlines and financial goal minimums

· Patience to deal with customer issues and calls that do not end in a sale

· Motivation skills and a positive attitude
